What can I do to help my child with the Battle of the Books?
Encourage your child to READ, READ, READ! All 15 books must be read by competition day!
Quiz your child on the titles and authors. This is crucial in the competition.
Have your child at every meeting (EVERY week beginning in October!)
Give your child opportunities outside of our scheduled meetings to meet/zoom with teammates to challenge one another on their books read.
Battle of the Books 2024 has begun!
Students should be reading books from the titles listed above!

You can find the titles listed above at our school library through Destiny, New Hanover County Public Library, through Hoopla or NC Kids Digital Library!
