Please leave all personal items other than phone/camera in vehicles. This includes items such as vapes, all tobacco items, chairs, umbrellas, signs.
These items will slow down the secuity scanning process and in many cases, guests will be asked to return items to vehicles.

Arrival time for students at graduation is listed It outlines how and when to pick up tickets. Students pick up their tickets, must show an ID and sign for their tickets. Only the student who is listed on the ticket bag is able to pick up the tickets.
The senior data form is linked in the letter. The data form must be filled out in order to pick up tickets.

Ticket Pick up is June 5 and 6 at the school store from 9-3 each day. Students will be required to show ID and will be required to sign for the tickets. Only the graduating student is able to pick up tickets.

** There are NO extra tickets and tickets CAN NOT be purchased on any Ashley websites. **
There are NO tickets for sale.
The Gold Bar tickets will be accepted in the Gym and the Stadium.
There will only be 2 Gold Bar tickets per graduate.
The Maroon Bar tickets will ONLY be accepted in the Stadium.
There will be 4 Maroon Bar tickets per graduate.
Total number of tickets given to each graduate- 6
There are NO extra tickets.
IN the event of rain, graduation will move into the Gym.
Students will sign a form when the tickets are given explaining that once the school hands them over, the school is not responsible for missing, lost, damaged tickets.
Before students are given tickets, all fines must be paid, laptops returned, and have good standing with attendance and grades.
Senior Walk Updates-
Ashley, Murray and Anderson will participate in the Veteran's Park Senior Walk on May 21. Many of the area elementary schools are having senior walks on June 4.
Students will need to make their own arrangements for transportation. Students will need their caps and gowns to participate.
Yearbooks will not be handed out at Ashley Senior Lawn Party Senior walk due to arrival timelines.

For Bellamy- Seniors will check in via the main office and go to cafeteria until they start. Rosser will call names of seniors as they start.
