About Ms. Dale

My name is Emily Dale and this is my third year as a Wrightsboro Cool Cat, and as a North Carolina resident! I have been teaching for 9 years and have experience in 1st, 3rd, & 4th grades. I believe that a child learns best in an environment where they feel safe and loved, and where the learning is student-centered.

I was born and raised on a farm in Virginia, about an hour outside of Washington, D.C. I attended the University of Richmond as a student-athlete, playing soccer and majoring in Psychology and Elementary Education. Go Spiders!

Aside from teaching, I love the beach, reading, writing, boating, watching scary movies, spending time with my family and friends, traveling/exploring new places, and playing almost any sport (my current obsession being Pickleball!)
