Dual Language Program Update!!
Dual Language Program Update!!
This year our Dual Language program will look different than previous years. Our program will follow a “rollercoaster” model in which your child will begin the day with one teacher (English or Spanish) and switch to the other teacher halfway through the day. The next day, they will begin the day with the teacher they had the afternoon prior. This will allow your child to receive instruction in English AND Spanish on a daily basis! Your child will receive English Language Arts and Phonics in English and Math, Spanish Language Arts, and Spanish Phonics in Spanish. Both English and Spanish will cover Science and Social Studies topics within our Language Arts. We are very excited about this change and how it will impact your child’s Spanish-language acquisition!!
