Paperwork

ALL PAPERWORK & PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO THE FIRST PRACTICE IN ORDER TO JOIN THE TEAM.  NO LATE ENTRIES PERMITTED.

Athletic Packets and Physicals need to be submitted each school year.  We have gone digital with all paperwork HERE.  Please scan/take a photo & attach your child's physical to the digital Athletic Packet.  Interested players can find hard-copies of these documents next to the Sports Bulletin Board outside of the gym if you need to complete it that way.
