Implementation Support

Guide schools in implementing the Georgia Early Literacy Act (HB 1193), evidence-based literacy practices, and school literacy improvement plans with fidelity.

Collaborative Problem Solving

Facilitate collaborative conversations with teachers, coaches, interventionists, and administrators to identify instructional challenges and develop practical, sustainable solutions.

Continuous Improvement

Support schools in establishing cycles of continuous improvement by setting instructional goals, monitoring implementation, reflecting on outcomes, and adjusting practices based on evidence.

Resource Development

Curate and develop instructional resources, coaching tools, observation protocols, planning templates, and professional learning materials aligned with Georgia's literacy framework.

Regional Networking

Connect school literacy coaches through regional communities of practice, collaborative learning opportunities, and sharing of successful instructional strategies and implementation practices.

Executive Leadership Coaching

Provide individualized coaching for superintendents, principals, assistant superintendents, and curriculum leaders to strengthen literacy leadership and drive systemic improvement with conducting meaningful classroom walkthroughs, facilitating feedback conversations, and supporting teacher growth through non-evaluative practices.

Instructional Leadership Development

Build leaders' capacity to recognize, support, and monitor evidence-based literacy instruction through classroom observations, instructional rounds, and reflective coaching conversations.
