Commitment to Continuous Improvement
When reflecting on our school improvement cycle, we thought about our name. We, as a staff, are continuously working to improve our school; therefore, we decided on the name Continuous Improvement Leadership Team (CILT). This name reflects our work to improve our school and make it a better place for our students.
Our CILT team meets monthly to monitor our school improvement goal, continue planning for the upcoming staff developments, discuss students assessments, and reflect on what is happening in the district.
