Title 1

What is Title I ? 

Title I provides funds for academic and/or social-emotional interventions to students who are in need of extra support to help meet state standards. 

What does Title I look like at our school?

Newman Grove Public School uses WIN TIME which stands for WHAT I NEED time. Each grade level has a WIN Time built into their schedule and it is used to focus on giving extra support for reading and math skills through smaller groups. We use our Acadience Benchmark Data to help us develop and guide these groups throughout the school year.
