Every Wednesday, you will need to find an online article or other resource that can be used to help others.
This will be considered your “blog”. You will find article with factual evidence for health enhancement. Not opinion articles.
You need to have a brief overview of what you are sharing. Overview should include- Title, summary- who wrote it, what it pertains to, where was the study done, when was the study done, and why it is important for people to be aware of this information.
