NFOIC's third annual FOI Bootcamp for Journalists of Color has been mentoring, supporting and empowering journalists of color on the best ways to use public records to get the story and get the story right. Made possible through a generous grant from the SPJ Foundation. Bootcampers will hear from the best in the biz, be partnered with open-government mentors in their states and receive complimentary registration to the FOI Summit.
