One of the things I have learnt this year at Nexus is how the strength of the community can have such a positive impact on the holistic development of our learners. I have enjoyed listening to your feedback at sessions which ran earlier this year and also listening to all colleagues and some learners. We continue to improve in everything we do and your part in this process is vital.

The 2017-18 survey is your opportunity to tell us what you think. I know many of you are not able to attend feedback sessions but we still want you to have a voice. Please take a few minutes of your time to complete the survey and add any comments you have which will help us to improve further. Your children will also be completing a survey in class and the younger learners will be asked for their feedback. We will be sending you the summary of the findings to keep you informed.

The information from the survey is used to measure our progress and to inform our rigorous strategic planning process where clear targets are set for the school to achieve. The feedback is generally very positive which is always reassuring. Areas for improvement are then identified and added to our strategic plans.

The annual survey of parental satisfaction is now open and can be accessed from the email sent earlier this week. The survey will remain open until 4th May at 4.30 pm. As a strong learning community, we need to work together so I encourage you to complete the survey to ensure the future success of the school.
