Dear Parents and Caregivers

We've had a short but exciting week. It's been wonderful to see the learners taking part in our Chinese New Year celebrations and dressing to celebrate the Lunar New Year too. As always the Lion Dancers generated much excitement. Take a look at our 'Recent Events' page for some photos of the last couple of day's events.

At the very start of the year I shared my desire to ensure a shared understanding of our PYP framework. To support this we have run various PYP focussed Parent Workshops, published our curriculum area Scope and Sequences and focussed in on various elements of the framework in our 'News from the Year Groups' section of this fortnightly Newsletter. In addition we have also shared our Number Continuum. To support this ongoing understanding, this week our 'News from the Year Groups' this week has predominantly focussed on our teaching and learning of Maths. We will also be running a Parent Workshop on Tuesday, 15 February where we will unpick and explain further our Number Continuum. Please go to our 'Upcoming Events' page for further information.
