As per recent emails we are continuing to follow government guidelines as Singapore continues to seek to control the spread of this virus.
Please complete the latest Travel Declarations for every child as published via email on Thursday, 20 February, if you have not yet completed this please do so urgently. This information will be reported to CPE and we are required to follow up where necessary. Please carefully read the MOH (Ministry of Health) links below as travel to China in the upcoming holiday will impact future attendance at school and therefore preparations or attendance at examinations.
The LOA (Leave of Absence) no longer applies and has been replaced with a SHN (Stay Home Notice). The SHN period will commence from the day of return to Singapore. Learners under SHN or sharing a household with someone under SHN, may only leave their home and return to school after the 14-day period if they remain well.
Please see the MOH SHN Advisory and the MOH Health Advisory for SHN for more information.
Our annual class, individual and ECA photos will take place during the week of 9-13 March. Photos will be taken during school hours, with an option to book sibling photos from 3.20pm. During the week, learners will receive a card with their download code and website link for you to view and purchase online.
More details and schedules to follow soon.
The March Pre-Order Form is now available online. Click here. Based on popular demand, Victus have now included an option to add Milo to lunch orders. Parents can opt for it for the whole month or add it occasionally as a treat. Monthly meals are $100, the option for Milo is an additional $30 (or $1.5/day).
If your child is not in school, please let Victus know and they will credit the amount for cancelled days. It can be used towards future pre-order payment.
Please may we remind families that the campus is not open before 8am.
Please may we remind families that ALL learners who arrive late must sign in with Learner Services (opposite the Eco Cafe) before they make their way to class. Please be mindful that to reach classes on time for registration (8.25am) learners ideally need to be on site NO LATER than 8.20am.
As a parent please ensure that you are wearing your identification at all times and ask any guardians/helpers to do the same.
We seek your support and understanding to help us to continue the smooth operation of the complementary bus service from Ulu Pandan to Aljunied. Now we have moved the pick-up to the public bus stop outside Pandan Valley Condo, it is apparent that some parents are driving in to the condo to drop off their children. The condo management have been in touch with us to ask you to stop this practice.
In the interests of all children enjoying the complimentary bus service we ask that you refrain from driving into Pandan Valley. As you will appreciate, it is illegal to park in the actual bus stop but there are side roads near by to the condo such as Holland Road and Moonbeam Walk.
It has also come to our attention that some learners are making the pick up more challenging than needed for the bus company. They are waiting for friends to arrive before getting on the bus, which means that buses are having to wait longer than allowed at the bus stop. Please help us to tell your children that they need to get on the first bus that arrives so the bus can quickly fill up and start the journey to Nexus.
If they are not able to pick up quickly, we risk no longer being able to use the bus stop. There are limited pick up alternatives at this time, and not being able to use the bus stop may affect the service.
We appreciate your quick action on this so that we can continue to provide this service.
