How you can get involved?

We rely entirely on Parents and Teachers volunteering their time and energy to make events and activities a success. From organising and helping at a single event to becoming a full Committee member there are lots of ways to get involved.

As well as being a fundraising body, the FoNF is a great way to meet other parents and carers whilst supporting your children in school. We look forward to meeting you and working with you when you have some time to share…teamwork makes the dream work!

What way can you do to help support your child through FoNF?

It does not matter if you cannot help on a regular basis, or if you cannot come into the school. Below are some ways you can support.

Volunteer

Volunteers are always needed for all our events. Your time and skills are valuable and there are lots of ways you can lend these to FoNF.

Perhaps you may like to assist during the planning stage and run up to events by working with community partners, marketing, organising raffles, selling tickets, or setting up and running a stall, etc.

Match Funding

If you work for a company that has a matched funding scheme for employees that are involved in charity fundraising, please let us know by email. We would be very keen to speak with you about this opportunity to raise additional funds for the FoNF.

Easy Funding

Simply shop with any of over 7,000 online brands including Amazon, Argos, John Lewis, ASOS, Booking.com, eBay, Boden, and M&S, and when you make a purchase, the brand will send us a free donation at no extra cost you. It’s as simple as that!

Preloved uniform

We have an online store that sells pre-loved uniform items, Jumpers, Blazers, Polo Shirts (all with the Newton Farm Logo) and Maroon PE kits. Simply fill out the form and we'll be in touch.

Donations of goods and money towards the fundraising initiatives are gratefully welcomed.

Ink bin

Recycle your printers toners and help raise money for the school whilst doing it.

Also you own a printer which takes HP and Canon inkjet cartridges? We have an 'ink bin' to collect empty ink cartridges from small personal printers. Sadly we can’t collect the larger toner cartridges. Once empty drop them into box located in the school reception.
