Newton Drama Club
WNWT: Newton Radio
On Thursday March 25th, 2021, the Newton Drama Club returned to the golden days of Radio with station WNWT, Newton's own (temporary) radio station. The radio show was broadcast live at 7pm on FM 91.1 in Pleasant Hill thanks to Mike Caldwell Audio Productions. The program lasted around an hour.
The production is now available for download from the school website. The cast performed a series of radio plays and commercials written by Stuart L. Sheeley (with permission from Pioneer Drama Service). Special thanks to Kevin McLeod of Incompetech and the contributors of Freesound.org for the music and digital sound effects for our performance.
