She is joined by a colleague and a Peer Mentor from Boston University's NITEO Program. NITEO is an intensive, one-semester program supporting young adults who live with a mental health condition. 

Courtney and a peer mentor provide an informative session on managing the daily stressors of academia, socialization and coping with the reality of being a young adult during a pandemic.  Strategies to use in daily life as well as academic and career endeavors both now and in the future are provided.
