About Me

My name is Melanie Guarrera and I have worked at Countryside since 1999 as a first grade teacher. I studied at Wheelock College for both my undergraduate and graduate degrees. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading books, and traveling to new places. We added two kittens to our family in the fall of 2017- though they are not kittens anymore! Sam and Lucky are very active and love to play. They joined our other cat, Max. He is 20 years old and enjoying the company.
