Week of 9/22/26
Dear Families,
Due to Monday’s holiday, we will only be having homework on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights this week (math on Tuesday, ELA Wednesday, and spelling on Thursday). We encourage your child to keep up with their daily reading, too!
Important Dates:
Wednesday, September 23rd - Back to School Night (We will meet in our classroom, Room 2, near the playground door from 7:30-8:10)
Tuesday, September 29th - Special Early Release - 12:10 PM Student Dismissal
Wednesday, October 7th - Safety Day/Evacuation Practice
Friday, October 9th - School Picture Day
Monday, October 12th - NO SCHOOL, Indigenous Peoples’ Day
Reminders:
Please be sure to help your child remember to bring their back and forth folder to and from school every day. Also, be sure to empty the folder each night.
Please sign the back of the homework sheet (reading log) before your child turns it in on Fridays. Your signature is meant to confirm that your child has read for 15 minutes each night.
