* Facilitate, develop, and provide programming, counseling, consultation, assessment, and resources to the Distance Learning and Williams community
* Increase the well-being, educational performance, and social-emotional development of each child
* Collaborate with administrators, teachers, parents/caretakers, nurses, psychologists, social workers, counselors, to support the development, learning, and well being of students
* Provide classroom instruction to facilitate social skill development and inclusive practices
* Implement small group and/or individual counseling to further solidify skill development
* Facilitate parent communication, resources, and support
* Assist in special education eligibility determination, IEP development, and services
* Participate in Williams safety, behavioral support, and intervention teams
