Google Workspace is an integrated suite of secure, cloud-native collaboration and productivity apps to help educators and students create, collaborate, and communicate. Some examples of apps that staff and students currently use include: Mail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms, and Sites.

Google Workspace applications provide a powerful way for students and faculty to colloborate on a wide-variety of projects. All faculty and staff are cautioned to be extremely careful when sharing files. Note that files with sensitive information should be shared with the maximum amount of restrictions. You should judiciously use the option to edit, view, etc. "with link" and instead share documents out only with individuals that need them. Before sharing a document, please thoroughly review the documents linked below to fully understand your options and the ways you can limit sharing.
