For my family story, I interviewed my grandfather. I had learned that cellulose was a big part of his life, even if it was unnoticeable. He lived and worked on a farm for a all-boy boarding school from when he was 13 to around 18. He planted carrots, lettuce, and other common plants that are found on a farm. Later on in life, he worked for a moving company were he carried fridges and pianos for around 40 years. In both plants and piano keys there is cellulose.
