Kindergarten

Kindergarten technology class is held on a rotation between the three classes. Their time in the computer lab is Fridays from 12:42-1:26PM.

During kindergarten technology class, we focus on learning more about the iPad that each student has in the classroom as part of our 1:1 program. Kindergarten students are digital citizens already when they arrive at school and have knowledge of using tablets.

While in technology class, we will use several apps such as:

• Google Jamboard (for drawing and creating books)

• Khan Academy Kids (for reading, math and logic practice)

• Tayasui Sketches (for digital artwork)

• Google Docs (for basic word processing)
