Say 'hello' to Elliott, the duck in our school logo! As the village of Newport is situated with the Market Weighton Canal running through, several of the streets get their names from the duck species which call these waters their home. We continue this tradition by naming our four School Houses after them, too - Mallard, Pochard, Grebe and Teal!
