ABOUT ME

I grew up in the Dutchess County area and I love living in the Hudson Valley. I have a son, Evan, and two rescue dogs, Lilly and Sawyer. I like to get outdoors and enjoy the fresh air, except for when it is cold outside. I also love exercising, listening to music, and learning ( there is always something new to learn no matter how old you are!).

Education

I received a bachelor's degree in early childhood studies and reading from West Chester University, West Chester, PA. I then attended SUNY New Paltz and earned a master's degree in special education. I recently returned to school and earned a second master's degree in trauma-informed education from Columbia College, South Carolina.

I am a certified special education teacher for grades K-12.
