About me

Hi!  I'm Carrie Allen, the K-2 Math Coach for New Milford!  I have been in the district as a tutor, teacher, and coach since 2006.  I have taught first grade, second grade, and fourth grade.  During this time I participated in an additional program, DESICA, to become a STEM Instructional Coach from 2010-2013.  After all that, I became the K-2 Math Coach!  I am a member of NCTM (National Council of Teachers of Mathematics), NCSM (National Council of Supervisor of Mathematics), and ATOMIC (Associated Teachers of Mathematics in CT).
