Lisa (Phillips) Carbone was raised in Jackson-Massillon, Ohio and received both her undergraduate and masters degree in Music Education at The University of Akron. She currently resides in Greenwich, Ohio where she teaches instrumental music for grades 5-12 at New London Local Schools. Mrs. Carbone began her career at New London LSD in the fall of 2011 and has since founded the New London Winter Guard and New London Indoor Percussion PCA competitive teams. Under her direction, the junior high and high school bands participate in OMEA adjudicated events including District & State Large Group, Solo & Ensemble and Marching Adjudicated Events.

Neely (Parsons) Burkholder was raised in New London, Ohio. She currently resides in West Salem, Ohio where she teaches government at Mapleton High School. Previous to coaching color guard at New London, she coached Crestviews' color guard for three years. She enjoys spending time with her dog Hamilton, shopping local, spending time with family and hosting her first exchange student!
