Make a copy of the doc below and use it to plan when you will go out and shoot your scene and what is needed. You can also enter things like setting aside time for looking for sounds/music, making props, doing graphics work (title shot etc).
You need release forms for your locations and actors so that you can screen your music video film in a public setting (eg at Noscars or put it online).
Print out one of these for each location and actor you are using and get them signed off. The signed copy should be included in the final 1.5 hand-in after your music video film has been completed.

You will need a location release for every business or private dwelling shown in your music video film including any teacher’s classroom or office you want to use at Newlands College, apart from mine (but let me know in advance if you want to use my room or office).
Click file/make a copy… of the linked actor release form, copy and paste it as needed, fill it out as appropriate for each actor, then print it and get it signed off. You will need an actor release for everyone who is in your film. If you are doing a crowd scene, record yourself asking the whole crowd orally if they consent to being in the film by reading out the release form and getting them to say “yes”. If anyone says no, they can leave.
