Thank you for registering for SCS Summer Camp! Reminders about camp:
*Payment is due before Monday of each week attending.
*Current students should pay through FACTS.
*New or Non-SCS students should pay by cash or check (payable to NKCS).
*Please pack a lunch with snacks each day. Afternoon snacks are provided. If your student doesn't prefer or is unable to eat our snack (due to gluten, etc) please ensure you pack enough. *Please bring a water bottle each day.
*Apply sunscreen to your student before the camp day.
*Pack bug spray if preferred on Trail Tuesdays.
*Field Trip Fridays - SCS School Bus will be transporting students to a local park, etc and will be off campus from roughly 9am-12:30pm.
* Transportation authorization forms for each student for each field trip will be given each week due Friday mornings.
*Please, no toys from home, except for Show-and-Tell Thursdays.
*Parents may call the SCS Office phone number (804) 557-5774 to reach the school during office/camp hours 9:00-3:00.
*Pick-up and Drop-off will occur at the Café this year (not the Sanctuary).
*Please label all items.
*Dress Code: Clothing should be loose-fitting. Appropriate t-shirts have no holes or open-backed tops. No spaghetti or thin strapped, or midriff tops. Logos, images and wording should be appropriate for SCS summer camp. Shorts are appropriate for warm weather, but should be fingertip length or longer. Shorts under girls' skirts or dresses are required. Shoes should be appropriate for outdoor play, running, climbing, etc. No heels. Sneakers preferred, except water Wednesday, in which Crocs and water shoes are acceptable. No leggings as pants, but can be worn under skirts or dresses.
