Q: Can my child ride the bus from school to your facility?
Yes, transportation to our center is provided by Wisconsin Heights School Systems. We are an official bus stop for Wisconsin Heights Elementary School.

Q: What age group does the After School Program serve?
The After School Program serves children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. We are not yet enrolling children ages birth–4 years; that phase will launch in the future as part of our Early Learning Program.

Q: Will the After School Program include faith-based teaching?
This program does not include formal Bible instruction, but our staff lead with values of love, respect, grace, and responsibility. We believe every child is worth knowing and nurturing—and that our everyday actions reflect deeper values.

Q: Who will be leading the program?
Our After School team includes caring, trained individuals with experience supporting school-age children. Staff will model leadership, kindness, and responsibility while creating a fun, encouraging space every afternoon.

Q: Is there a formal curriculum?
The After School Program is play-based and exploratory, designed for children to unwind, move, create, and connect after a structured school day. We offer creative projects, hands-on activities, games, dramatic play, homework support, and more—always with flexibility and joy at the center.

While this isn’t a faith-instruction program, our mission and philosophy remain central. We nurture traits like kindness, curiosity, cooperation, and confidence, and guide behavior through grace-filled, restorative approaches that support healthy growth and relationships.

Q: Will my child be allowed to use a phone or device during care?
We aim to keep the program screen-free, with only limited structured use for group activities. We want kids to be present—building friendships, expressing creativity, and engaging in real play.

Q: Will there be special holiday activities?
Yes! We'll celebrate with seasonal crafts, themed games, and simple activities throughout the year. Families may opt out of anything that doesn’t align with their values or traditions.

Q: How is discipline handled?
We take a relational, restorative approach to conflict or discipline. Staff help children work through challenges with empathy and accountability, always reinforcing that mistakes are part of growing, and that each child is loved and capable of growth.
