I grew up in Dryden, New York. I attended Saint John Fisher College in Rochester, New York where I received my Bachelor's degree in Childhood and Special Education. I then continued my education at Saint John Fisher College where I earned a Master's degree in Library Media.

I have been the Librarian at Newfield for the last eight years. I worked as a Librarian in Buffalo before moving back to the Ithaca area to be closer to my family. I enjoy spending time outside especially on the ski slopes with my husband. I love working in the Library. I am looking forward to another wonderful school year with my students.
