Jason Larkins

Jason Larkins, Director of Cheer at American Cheer in Bakersfield, CA since 2016, boasts a remarkable track record of winning multiple national titles, including NCA Collegiate Nationals, NCA Allstar Nationals, and The Summit.ย 

Alongside coaching athletes, Jason is deeply passionate about coach education, engaging in conferences, clinics, and hosting the Letโ€™s Talk Cheer podcast since 2020. With a coaching philosophy centered on building up the athlete and letting the results take care of themselves, Jason has earned recognition as the Varsity Pinnacle Award winner for Coach of the Year in 2019.

CJ Pugh

Cj is the Owner and Gym Director of Power Cheer & Tumble (PCT), which has been operating in the Greater Toronto Area since May 2004, specializing in All-Star Cheer and Tumbling. With a cheerleading career starting at the University of Western Ontario, he achieved 4 Canadian National Championships and 3 International Division Championships at NCA College Nationals.

Having coached at all levels, Cj currently focuses on coaching Vengeance (International Open Level 5) and Temptation (International Large Coed Level 6). Throughout his coaching career, he has led numerous teams to Provincial and National titles and has been coaching at the World Championships since 2008.

Under Cj's leadership, PCT has seen success at the ICU World Championships, with several teams representing Canada and achieving podium finishes, including a Gold medal in Junior All-Girl advanced in 2017. Cj himself was part of the Team Canada All-Girl coaching staff from 2009-2012, winning 4 ICU World Championship titles in All-Girl Elite.

Aside from coaching, Cj is dedicated to the business side of All-Star Cheer gyms, emphasizing efficient processes for program quality. As the gym director of PCT, he oversees a staff of nearly 30 employees and a membership of over 500 families.

Sean Timmons

Sean Timmons began his cheerleading career in 1994 at Toms River High School East, he later went on to cheer at Rutgers University, and was a member of the first open team at World Cup, The Wild Stars. Sean graduated from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with a BS in Political Science.ย 

In 1996 Sean started his coaching career at the Pop Warner level and then transitioned to the All Star level with The World Cup All Stars in 1999. Within the 14 years at World Cup he had coached and choreographed for levels 1-5, and has won numerous State, Regional, and National Titles. While working at World Cup Sean also coached Lacey High School, Jackson Memorial High School, Howell High School, and was the Head Coach of Rutgers University All Girl Team from 2008-2014.ย  From 2014 - 2021, Sean had been the Director of All Stars for Premier Athletics as well as a founding member of 180 Pro and PURE Camps and Choreography.

With many great accomplishments in his career, his most proud moments as a coach include winning the 2009 USASF Cheerleading Worlds in Large Senior while coaching the World Cup Shooting Stars. Other big wins include a 3rd place finish in 2013 at UCA College Nationals in Division 1A All Girl with Rutgers University, a 1st place finish with Franklin High School in the Small Junior Varsity division at UCA NHSCC and finishing in the Top 5 in Small Varsity for the last 5 years in a row, as well as many NCA, UCA, and Cheersport Nationals wins.ย 

Sean has traveled all over the US and Canada teaching camps, choreography, judging, and speaking at conferences. He is a former member of the USASF National Advisory Board, the USASF Worlds Advisory Board, a Connection Leader and is an inaugural member of the NACCC. Sean is currently the Cheerleading Brand Director for Nfinity Athletic and is overseeing their Champions League events.

bowd beal

Bowd is a highly accomplished figure in the competitive cheerleading community. With a career spanning over two decades, Bowd has coached teams to numerous national and international championships, including prestigious titles at events such as NCA, Cheersport, and The Summit.ย 

As Head Coach of The California All-Stars (May 2007 - May 2010), Bowd guided the Large Senior 4 & Large (Unlimited) Coed (Cali Coed) teams to their inaugural All Levels, NCA, and World Championship titles.

Transitioning to Memphis Elite All-Stars (May 2010 - May 2013), where he served as Co-Program Director & Head Coach, Bowd led the Large Junior 3 & The Small Senior Coed 5 teams to their first UCA Championships and secured their first Full Paid Bids to The Summit and Worlds.

During his time with GymTyme All-Stars (May 2013 - May 2015), as All-Star Director & Head Coach, Bowd orchestrated victories for a myriad of teams across various divisions, culminating in NCA, Cheersport, and Summit Championships.

Returning to The California All-Stars as Gym Director (May 2015 - May 2023), Bowd steered multiple teams to unprecedented success, clinching UCA (3peat), NCA (back to back), and Summit Championships.

Additionally, as the owner of several music production companies, Bowd has crafted cutting-edge music for countless championship routines, earning recognition for his innovation and creativity. His dedication to the sport and commitment to excellence have solidified his reputation as a leader and influencer in the cheerleading industry.


Liz Gigante Ulrich

Owner of G Force Gym - Home of the Vancouver All Stars, a 17,000 sq ft state of the art training centre specializing in All Star Cheer and Tumbling. G Force Gym operates two locations and serves over 1200 members.ย 

Liz currently still Coaches L2-L7 Teams. Liz was a member of the Entrepreneur Organization for 8 years. She is an 11 time Judge for the ICU Worlds Cheerleading Championships and is on the IASF Council.ย 

Additionally, Liz is a Presenter & Speaker at many Coaches & Gym Owners Conferences and has spoken at: The Varsity Gym Owners Conference, USASF Regional Meetings, Spring Tumbling Conferences, ATC Conferences, Cheer Evolution Conferences and various State and Provincial Conferences.

Kyle Schmitt

Kyle Schmitt stands on two decades of expertise in All-Star Cheerleading, transitioning from a distinguished coach to a revered judge since 2012. She has had the privilege to judge at the highest levels of All Star for many years. From; The Champions League, The Majors, CHEERSPORT and NCA Nationals, to Summits and The Cheerleading Worlds!ย 

Recognized as one of the industry's top judges, she's received accolades such as Varsity's Best All Around Judge of the Year in 2018 and 2019. Kyle's contributions extend beyond panel judging, including roles as a an International Head Judge and Scoring Director. Kyle's international impact spans Australia, Canada, Colombia, and Costa Rica, where she's conducted extensive scoring trainings.ย 

Outside cheerleading, she practices civil defense law in Jacksonville, Florida, showcasing her multifaceted talents and dedication to making a difference in various arenas.

Frank Molina

As the current Stunt the Sport Assistant Coach at HIU,ย  Frank brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role. Formerly serving as the Head Coach at Washington State University, Frank has also been a distinguished UCA staff instructor for over 15 years.

Frank boasts an impressive competitive cheerleading career, claiming the title of 2013 Level 7 World Champion and earning three bronze medals at the World Championships. Additionally, he holds a world silver medal and has clinched the title of 2-time NCA All-Star Champion.

Beyond the competitive arena, Frank has made a global impact in cheerleading, sharing his knowledge and passion by teaching cheerleading in diverse locations such as Finland, Ecuador, and Australia. With his extensive background and commitment to the sport, Frank continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cheerleading at both the collegiate and international levels.


Ivan roldan

Ivan, originally from Cuba, moved to Chile at a young age. His passion for various sports eventually led him to Cheer, a sport he fell in love with and has remained dedicated to for the past 23 years. He has served in multiple roles within the sport, including as an athlete, coach, camp/clinic instructor, co-producing events, and promoter of unified regulations (Divisions, Scoring, Rules) in Chile.

He currently resides in the United States and has worked as a Skills Instructor for The Stingray All Stars brand for six years, spending three of those years at the main location in Marietta, GA before relocating to Houston, TX to work for Prodigy All Stars.

As a USASF and IASF Certified Veteran Safety Judge (and a certified Varsity Panel Judge), Ivan has had the opportunity to serve on panels at various Varsity events such as NCA All Star Nationals, UCA All Star International, JAMfest Supernationals, Spirit Sports, and All-Star Challenge. He has also worked with independent Event Producers throughout the United States like Cheer Derby, GMCE, CheerMAX, Winners Choice Championships, MCDA, Spirit FX, and All-Out Championship, and internationally in Canada (Canadian Cheer), Colombia (FEDECOLCHEER), Argentina (CORECHEER), Ecuador (Adventure Brands), Chile (CCChile, CNDA, BEST), and England (ICC).

In addition to his judging experience, Ivan has also served as a guest coach in several countries, including Peru, Spain, Italy, and Slovenia.

Ellie Spowart

With a rich background in dance training, Ellie discovered her true passion in the world of cheerleading at age 18, where athleticism seamlessly meets teamwork. Her journey commenced in 2012 as a cheer athlete, swiftly transitioning into coaching shortly thereafter.

In 2014, Ellie co-founded TNT All Stars in Perth, Australia, sparking a venture that now boasts two thriving locations. Over the span of eight years as the program director, she nurtured a community of 20 coaches and 700 athletes. Ellie's achievements include guiding multiple teams to National Championships and securing Top 10 finishes at prestigious events such as the Cheerleading Worlds and Summit, marking them as hallmark accomplishments.

Beyond coaching, Ellie thrives on the challenge of cultivating holistic growth within programs, with a primary role in crafting management strategies that align business with community. Witnessing the evolution of TNT All Stars, now entering its landmark 10th season in 2024, has been immensely gratifying for her.

In 2022, an exciting opportunity beckoned Ellie to Canada, where she joined Cheer Sport Sharks. There, she spearheaded various skill programs, mentoring athletes of all ages and levels, including elite Worlds teams. Collaborating with some of the best in the industry expanded Ellie's horizons, enriched her coaching, and provided an experience like no other.

Her aspiration is to share Ellie's expertise, accumulated experience, and boundless passion for cheerleading across the globe.


Daniel Luna

Daniel Luna, a Level 2 NCCP certified coach in artistic gymnastics, has a profound commitment to the development of tumbling and cheerleading. His extensive background includes roles as an athlete, coach, and program director at international levels.

His dedication to the sport extends through his work in coaching education and his former involvement in diffรฉrent committees for Cheer Canada.





ashley impellezzere

Ashley Impellezzere has over 20 years of experience and being in love with the cheer industry. Formerly a member of Vancouver All Stars Ice Queens and Team Canada All-Girl. For 15 years Ashley has been coaching teams levels 1 to 7, with great success.ย 

As a coach at Vancouver All Stars, Ashley made her mark through skill development and helping the program acquire the skills to be competitive at the International level and winning awards such as; NCA National Champions, IASF World Champions, ICU Medalist and multi-time IASF Globe Recipient . Ashley also coached the Canadian National Team from 2018-2021 and again with Team BC in 2023. As a Skills instructor and choreographer for ATC & Pure Energy Choreography she has traveled the Globe sharing her passion.ย 

Ashleyโ€™s strongest attributes are skills development and crafty ways to create memorable routines.ย

Ashley is also a certified teacher, and is passionate about Education. She has combined her love for Cheerleading and Education, by developing 3 Online-Cheerleading Courses, where over 3000 student-athletes can gain high-school credits for their participation in cheer.

krista gerlich-fitzgerald

Krista Gerlich-Fitzgerald has been involved in cheerleading domestically and internationally for over 20 years. As a former competitive athlete, Kristaโ€™s passion for the sport led her to transition seamlessly into cheerleading education, and coaching.ย 

As an all-star coach her teams have earned paid bids to Summit, D2 Summit and Worlds. Her understanding of the sport's intricacies led her to being an internationally respected judge within North America, The UK and Australia.ย 

Krista is a committed volunteer, dedicating her time to the cheerleading provincial and national sport organizations. She was the President for BC Sport Cheer for a decade and was instrumental in receiving provincial accreditation status and sport funding. She is passionate about the promotion of the sport striving to create a supportive and positive environment through communication, consultation and relationship building.

Krista is currently is the President for Cheer Canada. She was previously the Vice President of Cheer Canada in 2019.ย 

Christina Archer

After Christina relocated from North Carolina to Washington in 1999, she embarked on a fulfilling calling and career as a cheer coach, making her mark at local high schools and the community college. In August of 2000, Christina took the initiative to establish NW SilverStars, a venture that has endured for an impressive 24 seasons, steadfastly adhering to the mission, vision, and core values she set in place.

Christina has meticulously cultivated NW SilverStars into more than a cheerleading program; it is a community characterized by elevated personal and athletic standards, intentional character development, and a warm family atmosphere. Her unwavering commitment to fostering an environment where individuals not only excel in their sport but also undergo significant personal growth is evident in every season.

As a SilverStar, Christina believes in the unique and transformative nature of the experience. It goes beyond mere athleticism, encompassing a journey marked by excellence in the sport and a relentless pursuit of personal development. The Archer family, integral to NW SilverStars, plays a pivotal role in shaping its distinctive culture. Christina's husband actively contributes to crafting the identity, while all three of their daughters have dedicated substantial portions of their lives, ranging from 10 to 15 years, to the SilverStar legacy.

In Christina's ongoing leadership, NW SilverStars remains anchored in its commitment to excellence, character, and a familial bond. With each passing season, Christina embraces challenges and triumphs, creating an environment where individuals not only become outstanding athletes but also emerge as well-rounded and resilient human beings.

Sonja, with over 24 years of experience, serves as the driving force behind Absolute Cheer & Tumbling Ltd. Her dedication lies in creating a supportive environment where athletes can thrive. Her passion for biomechanics in stunting and tumbling is the fuel that propels her commitment to the world of cheerleading.

As a proud entrepreneur, Sonja is on a mission to elevate her knowledge continually. Her journey involves inspiring future leaders and business owners, fostering a mindset of growth and empowerment. Having been a former gymnast and all-star cheerleader, Sonja possesses a unique perspective on the sport, understanding it from all angles. Her commitment is to pass on this wealth of knowledge to the next generation.

She aims to inspire, motivate, and empower individuals to reach new heights, both on and off the mat.ย 


lEANNE cAMPBELL

Owner Perfect Storm Athletics

Leanne has been involved in the sport of cheerleading for over 35 years. She started as a

scholastic athlete and quickly moved into the coaching side during high school. She has

coached junior and senior high school programs as well as at the University of Alberta. On the

all-star side, she has coached levels 1-7 including Worlds and Summit teams.


After earning her Bachelor of Education degree, Leanne taught elementary and junior high

school for 3 years before becoming a mom and dedicating her free time to building the Alberta

Cheerleading Association. She served on the ACA board for 10 years in a number of roles

including president, and then as their executive director for 8 years. During her time with the

ACA, Leanne was instrumental in securing funding for the organization, developing the judging

program, and helped to develop the first coachesโ€™ certification program. She also judged for the

ACA for several years.


In 2007, Leanne started her first all-star cheerleading program out of a gymnastics club and

then in 2010, opened the first Perfect Storm Athletics location in Edmonton. Perfect Storm now

has three locations across Alberta and serves over 1000 athletes in rec, prep, and elite all-star

programs. Leanne currently runs the Edmonton gym and oversees the operations of the

Sherwood Park and Calgary locations. She also coaches at the Edmonton gym, focussing her

efforts primarily on level 1 and 2 where she believes she can have a huge impact on the growth

and development of young athletes. Along with being a cheer gym owner and coach, Leanne has been a proud cheer mom for the past 17 years.

Nick Verburg

Nick Verburg is a coach, athlete, and program director from Winnipeg , Manitoba where he was born and raised. He has been involved in cheerleading since 2013, where he began cheerleading on an open team, which became Winnipeg's first team to go to worlds.

As an athlete, Nick has been a member of the National Team for the past 8 years, and has a bronze and silver medal in the ICU Coed Premier Division. He is still an active member of Team Canada, while also competing for his home gym Vision Cheer Company in the IOSC7 division.

As a coach, he works in the professional space, as well as All Star. He has been the Head Coach of the Blue Bombers Cheer and Dance team for nearly a decade, being a part of creating and maintaining an extremely large platform for the performance and promotion of cheer and dance nationally. In Allstar, Nick coaches 2 worlds teams, as well as a u16-3 team which will be going to Summit this year. He is the head coach trainer at Vision, and has coached middle school and high school as well.

Nick is also in a volunteer position as the President of Vision Cheer Company, a non-profit gym in Manitoba. Vision is currently on its 4th season, and has over 200 competitive athletes registered already. With a focus on bringing new athletes to the sport, over 100 of those athletes are brand new to cheer since joining VCC.ย 

Nick has held roles in sport governance, and is the President of The Lift Up Foundation, which focuses on enhancing access to cheer and dance through financial aid initiatives. With over a decade of engagement, Nick remains committed to broadening the impact of cheerleading while inspiring others to share in the sports spirit and passion.

Lachlan Meyer

Lachlan's cheerleading journey commenced at the age of 13, and since then, it has been a thrilling adventure. Representing Team Canada at ICU, being a part of the California All Stars, and contributing to the success of the Cheer Sport Sharks are just a few highlights of his impressive career.

Among the numerous highlights in Lachlan's athletic career, achieving both silver and bronze medals with Team Canada remain one of the most cherished experiences of his life. Additionally, he celebrated a triumphant victory at Worlds with Cheer Sport Sharks Star Spotted winning a gold medal.

Beyond his achievements on the mat, Meyer has dedicated time as a sideline cheerleader for the Edmonton CFL team. Over the past 8 years, he has embraced coaching and currently holds the position of a Worlds coach at CSS. Meyer has coached levels 1 to 6, and his coaching journey has taken him to various areas of Europe and Australia.

Known for his high energy and a voice that resonates from any corner of the gym, Lachlan Meyer is passionate about inspiring the next generation of athletes.


Haven Parish

Haven, originally from Memphis, TN has carved an illustrious path in the world of cheerleading spanning over three decades.ย 


Her journey began as an athlete, where her impressive acrobatic prowess as both a flyer and elite tumbler laid the foundation for a remarkable career. Her athletic feats are numerous, including being a six-time UCA All-Star back-to-back champion from 1999 to 2004

and achieving top-three finalist status at UCA High School Nationals between 2004 and 2008. Haven's passion for cheerleading also saw her competing at the inaugural Worlds in 2004, leaving an indelible mark until 2008. Notably, she clinched the NCA National Collegiate

Champion title with Hawaii Pacific University in 2008, while concurrently earning her Physical Education Bachelor's Degree from the University of Memphis, where she also cheered.


Transitioning seamlessly into coaching at a young age of 14, Haven swiftly evolved into a seasoned mentor and instructor. Her coaching tenure includes pivotal roles with Memphis Elite All Stars and membership in the All Things Cheer Staff in 2008. She further honed her skills by delving into choreography with Pure Energy Choreography, ultimately assuming a full-time staff position and sales management role within the company. Haven's coaching journey led her to various corners of the globe, coaching and choreographing in countries such as Australia, Canada, Denmark, Norway, Jamaica, and extensively across the USA.ย 


As an esteemed coach, Haven has secured multiple accolades, including steering numerous teams to paid bids at the Di Summit across various divisions from 2016 to 2020. Her expertise and innovative choreography have contributed to multiple grand championships, national titles, and coveted awards. Simultaneously, she has extended her passion for cheerleading by actively judging for prominent organizations like Varsity All Star, Deep South Spirit, and Cheermatch.

Haven's coaching style is defined by its precision, Impactfulness, and seamlessness.ย 


Beyond her professional accomplishments, she remains deeply involved in scholastic UCA-style cheerleading, working closely with high schools such as Shadow Ridge HS and Boulder Creek HS in Arizona, consistently achieving top-tier finishes in the middle division. With a comprehensive array of certifications including USASF Level 6, Varsity All Star Judging Training, NFHS National Coach Certifications, AACCA Certification, USA Coach Certification, and CPR certification, Haven ensures the safety and integrity of the sport while championing a positive and inclusive environment.


Dominique Longprรฉ Dt.P.ย 

Dominique's passion for the sport of cheerleading drives her commitment to her development and her desire to remain involved. She is particularly focused on the positive effects of team sports for teenagers, especially girls, as they offer substantial benefits for their health and well-being. This area is not just a passion but a priority for her, as she believes in the transformative power of sports in young lives.ย 

Some of Dominiques experience in cheerleading includes being an International representative for Cheerfest by Sapphire Productions (2018-now), Member of the Cheer Canada delegation to the Panams in Costa Rica (2019), Co-owner of Cheer Action, a Canadian provider for cheer clothing and uniforms (2020-now), Speaker for the topic of nutrition in Tumble USAโ€™s virtual conference (2021), Coach in scholastic and all-star divisions for 8 years up to level 4 (2007-2015), Athlete in the province of Quebec for 10 years up to an international level 6 (2005-2015).ย 


Dominique has also been a registered Dietitian in the province of Quebec since 2014 (#6456 ODNQ). Dominique is passionate about understanding and teaching the impact of nutrition on energy levels, well-being, and both physical and mental health. She spearheads the corporate sector at ร‰quipeNutrition, developing and leading corporate wellness activities such as conferences, workplace workshops, Q&A sessions, and wellness breaks. With a focus on clinical nutrition since 2015, Dominique offers both in-person and virtual consultations for a variety of customersโ€™ needs including: active lifestyle, balanced nutrition, eating disorders therapy, chronic diseases management and more.


Adam Yaw

Adam Yaw has devoted the majority of his youth to the rigorous training of gymnastics, laying the foundation for his journey into the world of cheerleading. His initial foray into cheerleading was at the esteemed University of Washington and later the University of Hawaiโ€™i, where he embarked on his first formal experiences. His exceptional talent propelled him to secure a coveted position on Team USA, marking a significant milestone in his athletic career.

Transitioning from athlete to mentor, Adam has spent years honing his coaching prowess, leaving an indelible mark on programs such as Bellevue College and Bellevue High School. With a wealth of experience spanning approximately 15 years in the realm of all-star cheer, he has consistently demonstrated his dedication to nurturing young talents and fostering a culture of excellence.

Beyond the realm of cheerleading, Adam's creative spirit finds expression through oil painting and graphic design, showcasing his multifaceted talents and passions. Even amidst his demanding coaching commitments, he remains committed to exploring and expanding his artistic horizons.



mISHAN sHEERE

Mishan's cheerleading journey began in 2006 with the Coquitlam Minor Football League, where her love for the sport began. She progressed to the Vancouver All Stars, working her way from the bottom up through the all star levels during her formative years. By graduation, she achieved notable success including gold medals at UCA, Jamfest, Sea To Sky, ATC, and many more International Championships. By her senior year, Mishan was proud to compete at the Cheerleading World Championships in 2012 in the Medium Senior Coed 5 Division on VAS Fierce Winds.ย 

Transitioning to The University of Victoria, Mishan played a pivotal role in transforming the student-led club into a competitive cheer team. Under her guidance, the Vikes cheer team has now achieved a remarkable legacy of numerous gold medals in BC and secured 1st place at the 2023 University Cheerleading World Cup. While pursuing her studies in psychology, Mishan co-coached the Spectrum High School Cheerleading team to victory at the Sea To Sky International Championship early in her coaching career in 2014-2015.

In August 2015, Mishan moved on to establish the first all-star cheerleading program in Victoria, BC, known as Island Elite, which has flourished and is now entering its 10th season. In 2018, she redirected her studies to Community Support Work and Education Assistance, contributing as a Special Education Assistant in a local inner-city middle school, providing vital support to students facing complex behavioral challenges and disabilities.

Appointed as the Scholastic Director with BC Sport Cheer in 2019, Mishan has served for four consecutive years as an executive director and currently holds the position of Vice President. She leads the EDI Committee, spearheading efforts to enhance visibility for minority groups within the BC cheerleading community.

In 2021, Mishan transitioned to full-time management of her gym, which has since expanded to two locations. Committed to the advancement of cheerleading, Mishan is dedicated to inspiring the next generation and providing the same postitive experiences in cheer to her athletes that she experienced.
