I have taught a total of 6 years here at NES. I have taught Kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade, and 3rd grade.

About Ms. Thornsberry

My name is Lisa Thornsberry and I will be your child's teacher this year. I grew up in Aiken, SC and moved to Newberry when I began college 10 years ago. I graduated with honors from Newberry College in 2013. I began my Master of Education from Anderson University in 2016 and graduated with honors in 2017. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love visiting my nephew and niece in Michigan during the summers. I have a classroom pet, named Louie, who is a spoiled bearded dragon. He loves coming to school each day with me and interacting with the class.
