I attended Clemson University (Go TIGERS!) for my Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Columbia College for my Master's degree in Divergent Learning. I love that I am now teaching at my Alma Mater (Go BULLDOGS). I live right here in Newberry, and enjoy being a part of such a tight knit community. I have a 8 year old daughter and a loving husband who supports all of my craziness. I LOVE traveling, being in nature, art, photography, CrossFit, soccer, swimming, and just living life to the fullest. I am one of four siblings and got to travel with both of my sisters and mom in June 2021 to Lake Tahoe, NV We took an all girls trip that same summer to visit my sister in Wisconsin and Lake Michigan. My sister and I then took a road trip through the Pacific Northwest before meeting up with my other sister and mom for a birthday trip in North Lake Tahoe. This past summer, we traveled to Bali, Indonesia to celebrate my brother's wedding. I have included some pictures of my family experiences and trips I have taken recently.
This Fall I will be teaching Chemistry Honors and Physical Science Honors. I look forward to getting in the lab and exploring the concepts that make the world work. I will also be coaching the Bulldog Swim Team!
This Spring I will be teaching CP Chemistry and Anatomy and Physiology Honors. These courses will be fun and challenging as they will prepare students for their college experiences.
