Greetings! My name is Mrs. Frances (Fran) Cromer Gray. As a speech therapist, I serve students in Pre-K through 12th grade. A native of Newberry County, I graduated Newberry High School. I am married to my wonderful husband, Hugh, and mom to three young adults who keep me entertained and on my toes.

I received my bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Columbia College and a master's from Lander University.

The 2025-2026 school year is my eleventh year working for the School District of Newberry County. I truly love the students I serve and treasure the opportunity to improve their communication skills and support their access to the general education curriculum.

In addition to Little Mountain Elementary, I serve students at Mid-Carolina Middle and Mid-Carolina High School this year.
