Hey! My name is Dorothy Chocklett. I've been married to by husband Jay for 14 years and we have 2 little boys, Ward and Wilson.

This is my 16th year teaching in the self contained autism classroom. I graduated from Newberry College in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education. I continued my education by obtaining my special education certification in special education intellectual disabilities. I graduated Southern Wesleyan University in 2007 with my Masters in Education. I also have my Masters plus 30 in Special Education (ABA) from the University of South Carolina. In 2003 I was awarded the South Carolina Autism Society Therapist of the Year.

I enjoy working with children especially those who have trouble expressing themselves and navigating social experiences.
