My name is Coach Brian Redd. The year 2023-2024 marks my 28th year in education, ALL here at Newberry High School. I am currently the Social Studies Department Chair, the District Social Studies Lead, the Inside Linebackers coach for the football team, and the Head Golf coach.

I will be teaching United States History, and AP US History this school year. I am excited about the opportunity to teach about subjects that I am passionate about. I am looking forward to another exciting year here at Newberry High.

I am married to a 1991 Graduate of Newberry High School, April Redd, and have two Children: Ryan and Rachel who attend Clemson University. GO BULLDOGS!!
