Class overview
Welcome to our 7th grade English class. A class like never before!
We will be doing amazing work this year. We'll be reading/creating creative stories, and researching/developing interesting arguments on various topics.
In our class there will be many opportunities to read and write about whatever you are passionate about. I can;t wait to see the creative choices you will make in your reading/writing this year!
Finally, this year is going to be very different from what we are used to, but I look forward to getting to know you through Zoom, E-mail, Google Classroom, and our other class tools!

It's Mr. Scheving-- your friendly neighborhood English teacher. Some things to know about me. Well, I love hard workers and capybaras. Another thing that's interesting about me is I was born and raised in Newark! In fact, both of my parents have been teachers in Newark my whole life. Maybe you know Mr. Scheving from Musick Elementary or Miss. Scheving from Schilling Elementary.
