Following up on Ryan P. Haygood's amazing keynote speech during the MLK Day of Service, we will urge our legislators to pass, and Gov. Murphy to sign into law, the bill to form a Reparations Task Force (S322/A711) to make sweeping policy recommendations that implement deep investments into New Jersey's communities of color impacted by NJ's system of racial discrimination. Repairing our nation's original sin belongs to all of America, including New Jersey.
Don't stop serving when you are at home. Check out these opportunities!
Support the NA Solidarity Sleep Out Team
As part of our Sleep Out, we are raising funds for Covenant House, a shelter for kids experiencing homelessness and trafficking. Covenant House offers these young people so much more than a safe place to sleep - they welcome each kid with absolute respect and unconditional love, and their continuum of care provides essential services to help kids transition from homelessness to independence. WE NEED YOUR HELP!
