I have over 20 years of experience teaching adults and teens, and am a certified Trauma Informed Specialist and Mental Health First Aider. I am also neurodivergent, as are the other members of my family. I have lived experience of the difficulties encountered by families with PDA/pressure sensitive/autistic loved ones. I believe in the power of community, and that building family/workplace environments that explicitly include neuroaffirming culture is how we will move forward with healing and wholeness. I look forward to working with you.
At our first FREE discovery call, we will work together to determine if our coaching model is a good fit for your needs. Coaching is not therapy, so I cannot diagnose, prescribe, or provide direct mental health counseling. I can help you to locate providers who do meet those needs.
Coaching calls will include an in-depth look at your goals, and present areas of success and challenge. We will work together in a supportive environment to co-create systems and tools to allow you to reach your goals. Sessions are typically weekly. In between, you may have specific skills/strategies to try out to see how they work for you. If those don't work, no worries! We'll try something else. Together we will create environments where neurodivergence can thrive.
