Abstract Evaluation Process
1. Abstracts will undergo a blind peer review by the Scientific Committee.
2. Results of the abstract review will be sent to the author on or before October 31, 2025.
3. The Colloquium Review Committee Chair serves as the head of the Search Committee and will take the final decision on abstracts.
4. Acceptance or rejections of the abstract will be sent with reviewer comments, to wit:
a. If revision is required, the revised abstract must be sent back within a week.
b. If abstract is accepted, the author or the presenter will receive a letter of acceptance.
Registration Guidelines
1. Participants should officially register for the event.
2. If you are a Presenter, you should register as a PRESENTER
3. If you are an Observer/Attendee, you should register as a PARTICIPANT.
4. Registration coverage:
a. Access to plenary and parallel sessions
b. Chance to include presented paper for publication in the Souvenir Program
c. Certificates be given to presenters/attendees.
5. Kindly note that a single registration permits only one person to attend the conference.
6. Authors and co-authors who fully registered will be issued with the Colloquium Certificates.
Presentation Guidelines
I. PLENARY
1. The presentation for the plenary session is assigned to the host university called “Guest Presenter” and not subject to rating.
II. PARALLEL SESSION
1. Each presenter is given twenty (20) minutes to present his/her paper.
2. The presenter shall submit his/her materials at least three (3) days before the colloquium so that the technical team can check their compatibility to avoid technical problems during the actual day of presentation. But the presenter may choose to control his/her own presentation during the event.
3. The presenter is requested to be available at least 30 minutes before the presentation.
4. The Moderator will inform the presenter how much time remains and will stop the presentation when the allotted time is used. After all papers have been presented, each presenter will be given three (3) minutes for Question & Answer.
Addendum
In the event that there are only five (5) qualified participants for the colloquium, presentation of research shall be made via plenary with prior notice to the presenters and panel.
The Research Colloquium Committee ensures the protection of the personal information of speakers, presenters, participants and guests from collection, use, storage and disposal.
