Admission
Admission presupposes that a student’s application has satisfactorily met all the entrance requirements of the University. Enrolment in the University is a contractual relationship between the students and the Administration. A student is admitted with definite understanding that he and his parents or guardians agree to comply with the scholastic standards of the University and its rules governing student’s behavior. The administration is empowered to deal with violations in accordance with its systems of discipline and guidance. Admission to the University is made with no discrimination on the grounds of religious belief, race, sex, age or physical disability. A student seeking admission to the University must be a graduate of a standard secondary course offered by a duly recognized school and must have passed the NEU Admission Test and Medical & Physical Examination. A student whose eligibility for admission has been verified must submit to the Registrar or his authorized representatives the following:

Admission Procedures
This phase focuses on the initial steps required to be considered for acceptance.
Obtain and Complete the Application Form: Secure the official Application For Admission Form from the university.
Prepare Identification Picture: Secure one (1) piece of a 2x2 ID recent picture.
Pay the Examination Fee: Settle the required Examination Fee at the designated office.
Take the Entrance Examination: Complete the scheduled entrance examination as required by the university.
Await Admission Confirmation: Wait for the official notification or confirmation of your successful admission.
Once admitted, proceed with gathering and submitting the full set of requirements for official enrollment.
Gather Academic and Personal Documents: Collect the following primary documents:
Form 138 (Report Card) with a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 80% or higher.
Birth Certificate (original copy with PSA logo).
Good Moral Certificate.
Secure Religious/Endorsement Documents:
If INC Member: Obtain the Locale Certification/Patotoo ng Lokal.
If Non-INC Member: Obtain the Recommendation Letter.
Prepare Identification Materials:
Secure five (5) pieces of 2x2 ID Recent Pictures (must be wearing formal attire with a white background).
Prepare one (1) piece of a long brown envelope with plastic.
Prepare Parent/Guardian IDs (Elementary Only):
If applying for Elementary, prepare the Parent ID.
Prepare two (2) pieces of a 2x2 ID Recent Picture of the Parent/Guardian.
Prepare two (2) pieces of a 1x1 ID Recent Picture of the enrolled student.
Submit and Enroll: Present all the complete requirements to the Registrar's Office or Enrollment Area. Note: Ensure you are wearing the school-prescribed attire during enrollment, as it is strictly observed.
Settle Fees: Pay the necessary tuition and miscellaneous fees to finalize the enrollment process.
This procedure applies to students who were enrolled in the previous academic term and are re-enrolling.
Obtain Academic Documents: Secure your updated Form 138 (Report Card).
Secure Religious/Endorsement Documents:
If INC Member: Obtain the new Locale Certification/Patotoo ng Lokal.
If Non-INC Member: Obtain the new Recommendation Letter.
Prepare Identification Picture: Secure five (5) pieces of a 2x2 ID Recent Picture (must be wearing formal attire with a white background).
Renew Parent ID (Elementary Only): If you are an Elementary student, ensure you have your Parent ID renewal.
Submit and Enroll: Present all complete requirements to the designated Enrollment Area.
This applies in addition to the main Enrollment procedure for new applicants seeking to enter the Senior High School level.
Secure NCAE Result: Obtain the official copy of the National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) Result.
Prepare DepEd Voucher: Secure the necessary DepEd Voucher (if applicable for subsidized tuition).
Submit with Main Requirements: Include both the NCAE Result and the DepEd Voucher when submitting the full set of enrollment requirements (listed in the New Applicants procedure).

Prepare the digitized copy of following documents:
i. PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
ii. 2x2 Picture with white background

2. Pre-qualification
After document verification, you will be notified by the Admission Officer of your Admission Test schedule and Room Assignments.
3. Admission Test
- Go to your respective Testing Room 30 minutes before the scheduled time
- Payment will be collected at the Testing Room before the examination proper
4. Notification of Results
- Send an email to your College Department 5-7 working days after the test to inquire about your NEU-CAT results.
- You will be endorsed to the respective Dean’s Office for Interview, Advising, and Enrollment.
