Netra Restoration Therapy (NRT) is a therapeutic approach designed to address emotional and psychological trauma by focusing on healing underlying wounds and restoring a sense of balance and well-being. NRT works by utilizing a combination of techniques to help individuals reframe negative emotional experiences, identify unprocessed trauma, and restore a sense of inner peace and emotional resilience.
At its core, NRT aims to bring healing by targeting both conscious and unconscious emotional responses. It integrates various modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-focused interventions, with the goal of helping individuals process and heal emotional pain in a safe and supportive environment.
One of the primary principles of NRT is that emotional healing often requires a deep dive into the root causes of pain, whether they stem from childhood trauma, past relationships, or unresolved life challenges. By identifying these origins, clients are better able to shift old, negative thought patterns and emotional responses that may be contributing to their current struggles.
NRT is often used in the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other stress-related conditions. However, it can also be effective for individuals looking to improve their emotional well-being and develop healthier coping strategies. It emphasizes self-awareness, self-compassion, and the ability to reconnect with one’s true self.
Netra was conceived with a vision to provide the best treatments offered through an integrative approach using Ayurvedic Medicine, Chinese Medicine, Physical Therapy and Yoga Therapy.
Our goal is to provide treatments which address the root cause of the disease and not simply manage the symptoms associated with the condition.
