Welcome

The Netflix Series Directors Program champions emerging television directors with distinct visual voices and the skills to step into episodic directing today. The program is designed for early-career directors who are committed to building a sustainable, long-term career in series storytelling.

To support each director’s success, the program includes an intensive masterclass (currently four weeks, subject to change) focused on deepening craft and strengthening creative and leadership skills on set. The masterclass is developed and led by Emmy Award–winning director Paris Barclay.
