Lunch Bunch is a great opportunity for all students to enhance their academic, social, and/or emotional skills. Topics for groups include social/conversational skill building, self-esteem, managing emotions, coping skills, study skills, listening skills, mindfulness, and self-regulation.

Teachers can recommend any student in their class to participate in the program.

Informed consent: all students are made aware that I will keep what they say confidential unless:
1. Someone is hurting them (emotionally OR physically)
2. They are hurting or thinking of hurting someone else (emotionally OR physically)
3. They are physically hurting themselves, or have thoughts of self-harm.
