Hello all!
You have been directed to this website because you or your child works hard with Ms. Millan on a variety of skills to support their Social-Emotional Health. There are many things you can do to help with social emotional awareness, coping skills, conflict resolution, problem solving, relaxation, mindfulness, decision making, friendship/social skills, self-esteem, etc.
I am providing you with resources to utilize whenever you or your child needs. I have separated the resources by age group (prek - 2nd, 3rd - 5th, 6th - 8th) so focus on the area that suits you best! While there are many activities that can be used to support Social-Emotional Health, some items may be more suited to you than others. Please select activities based on individual needs! If you have specific questions about what may be more helpful to you - please feel free to reach out to Ms. Millan via email at mmillan@netcongschool.org to brainstorm!
It would be beneficial for you to practice these skills at least once a week!
Let me know if you have any questions!
Ms. Millan
