Irini Kefalogianni

Irini Kefalogianni is the Head of Competition Law & Sustainability at Coca-Cola HBC Group, leading the competition law compliance program and the Group legal support of sustainability initiatives, across the 29 markets in which the Coca-Cola HBC Group operates. Irini is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience working in international law firms, regulators and FMCGs, including Diageo and Coca-Cola HBC. Her expertise covers cross-border corporate and project finance transactions and M&As, as well as a wide range of commercial and competition law matters facing in-house legal teams of large FMCGs. In her past roles, Irini served as in house legal manager, responsible for several countries including Greece, Italy, Cyprus and Switzerland. Irini’s commitment to team work, people development and personal growth has helped her build strong legal teams, recognized for their high performance, great team work, strong values and top engagement. Irini holds a bachelor from the Athens School of Law, a Corporate LL.M. from New York University, School of Law, and is currently studying for the Post-Graduate Diploma in Competition Law at Kings College, London. She is a Greek lawyer, admitted to the Athens Bar Association, and an active member in several committees at the Greek Union of Industries (SEV), including the SEV Committee on Competition Law.
