Palmer Motorsports Park (PMP) requires minors under shared custody to have both parents/guardians present and signing before their witness onsite (the form is not formatted for Notary completion ahead of time). If a minor is under sole custody, a different, single-parent/guardian form is available for them to do at the track entrance. This only needs to be done on each minor's first visit and the forms will be kept on file; subsequent returns by a minor to PMP in the same calendar year will just require them to sign a per-event sign-in sheet. Minors too young to complete forms are counted/insured as spectators under supervision of their parent(s)/guardian(s), though the adult(s) still should complete their side of the paperwork and provide identifying info for the minor. Don't forget to have the necessary minor waivers for the SCCA completed before or ready to complete during your visit!

Additionally, any adults who have already completed PMP's Annual Waiver (as an employee, instructor, or vendor) need not complete a single-page Event Waiver upon their arrival for this event. Likewise, any adults who have already completed PMP's COVID-19 Waiver need not complete that form again; only the single-page Event Waiver will be required (again, if they don't have a PMP Annual on file).
