Naveen is director with Neo Climate, he has over 20+ years of experience in climate change , renewable energy and energy efficiency projects and programmes both domestic and internationally. He specialised in designing, implementation and Climate Change and Energy Efficiency projects and programmes in developing countries, SIDS and LDCs. Over the period of time he led various CC&EE projects and policy review projects in Asia-Pacific and African countries.
Naveen was also associated as climate change expert with ADB, UNDP, UNFCCC, The Gold Standard Foundation and helped various clients to address climate change , energy planning, resource efficiency and other environmental and energy related issues, enabling them to understand and realize opportunities and risks.
Harsh is a consultant at Neo Climate, providing advisory services in climate change through training and capacity building of stakeholders on Integrated monitoring, verification and reporting (MRV) systems for climate action; preparation of GHG Inventories as per IPCC 2006 Guidelines for NCs and BURs; in African and Pacific Island countries.
Prior to joining NCS, he had over three years of experience working as software systems support and testing associate. His responsibilities included monitoring performance of key compliance applications, regularly updating the compliance procedures, systems and controls whilst ensuring effective execution of unit, functional and user acceptance testing of various core banking applications through development of detailed test documentation during various stages of Software Testing Life Cycle.
Harsh has a M. Tech in “Energy Management” from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore, Madhya Pradesh (India) and a B. Tech in “Electrical and Electronics Engineering” from SRM University, India.
Ajay is assisting Neo Climate Solutions Private Limited in their consulting programmes and capacity building aspects of low carbon energy and climate change mitigation sectors in Asia Pacific and African countries. His areas of interest are National GHG Inventory and GHG Accounting, Market Based Mechanism – CDM/VCS/GS, Renewable Energy and Energy Modelling.
He has an M.Tech in Energy Management from Devi Ahilya University, India, and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India. He believes in sharing of knowledge and likes to lead in solving the problems through teamwork.
