Templates are provided to suggest a layout, color schemes, icons and images associated with the Yomi brand, use of which are subject to the prerogative of the customer. Customer-specific template text may be altered by the customer, as it suits their practice brand. Template text specific to Yomi product safety & efficacy claims are backed by verification and validation activities cleared in 510(k) 161399. As such, it is the responsibility of the customer to impart the template data provided by Neocis inc., and the customer assumes the liability associated with providing the claims on their proprietary website. Since the information is provided as a template, the control number and revision associated with the template is provided in the name of the digital file provided to the customer, and not on the proposed content of the file provided to the customer. Customers will be made aware of the source information of, and the liability associated with adopting claims provided by Neocis Inc. Information not associated with claims made by Neocis Inc., that is included in the template is subject to change based upon the marketing and branding intent of the customer.
