ACADEMIC CARE

After the start of the school year, schedule changes may be requested for the following reasons:

1. to fulfill graduation requirements (English, Math, Science, Social Studies, Health/PE, Fine Arts)

2. physical limitations that prevent or restrict participation

3. errors in scheduling (i.e. missing a core content and/or pathway class, gaps in schedules, duplicate courses, etc.)

If one or more of these reasons apply to you, complete the Schedule Change Request form linked below to notify your Future Story Support LEADER of your scheduling needs. The deadline to complete a schedule change request is SEPTEMBER 3, 2021.
